Apartment Accommodation Terms

1. General

The apartment is fully furnished and intended for short-term private use.

By booking, the guest confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

2. Cleaning and Maintenance

The apartment is cleaned before check-in and after check-out.

For stays of one month, a cleaner will visit once per week.

The guest agrees to maintain the apartment in good condition and report any damages without delay.

 

3. Cleaning Fee

Regular cleaning is included in the price.

If the apartment is left in an excessively dirty condition or if house rules are violated (e.g., smoking inside), an additional fee of €250 will apply.

 

4. Included in the Stay

The accommodation price includes:

• Basic kitchenware

• Furniture

• Bed linens and towels

• Heating and cooling systems

Everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

 

5. Pets and Smoking

• Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited, both inside the apartment and on the balcony.

• In case of violation, the accommodation may be terminated without refund, and a €250 penalty may apply.

 

6. Fire Safety

The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher.

Guests must use all electrical and kitchen appliances safely and must not tamper with any safety equipment.

 

7. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: 12:00 PM

• Check-out: 12:00 PM

Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior agreement and subject to availability.
